"Pool and hot tub were very clean with good temperatures. We were visiting an elderly parent, so our concern was the proximity to the assisted living unit in Waukesha, not attractions or shopping. Housekeeping need reminders to leave enough towels, but the room was clean. For $60 a night for 3 adults it was a bargain."

"The woman at the counter Friday night was very helpful, very curtious, and definately went the extra mile. She was very busy but still took the time to take care of our requests with a smile and great attitude. The male clerk who was at the counter Saturday night however was the opposite. We asked him for towels for the pool, when there was no one at the counter, and he didnt appear to be busy - and got a very rude reply and attitude. Overall we were satisfied with the hote, just thought the clerk could have been a bit more pleasant Saturday night."
